Delete your Cinna account

You can permanently delete your Cinna account and all associated data at any time. There are two paths, depending on whether you still have the app installed.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Cinna app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete.

Local data on your device is removed immediately. Server-side data is removed within 30 days of the request.

By email (if you've uninstalled the app)

If you no longer have the app installed and can't sign in to use the in-app option, email us from the address you used to create your Cinna account and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.

You don't need to include any other personal details — the email address you write from is what we look up.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can also delete specific items without closing your account:

For deletion of categories not listed here, email contact@cinna.pet and we'll process the request within 30 days.

Confirmation

For in-app deletion you'll receive an immediate on-device confirmation. For email-based deletion we will reply within 30 days confirming the deletion is complete.
