Cinna is a pet care companion app, not a veterinary service. The full legal terms land before public launch. Here's the plain-English version that captures the same intent.

What Cinna is

A journal, reminder system, and breed-knowledge layer for one pet at a time. Free during beta. Premium AI features available via Cinna+.

What Cinna isn't

• • Not a substitute for veterinary care
• • Not a diagnostic tool — Triage outputs are decision-support, never diagnoses
• • Not a training app — behavior content routes to vet-prep, never to a treatment plan
• • Not a multi-pet management tool

Subscriptions

Cinna+ subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Play Store. Cancel anytime from your store account. Founding members keep their introductory price for the lifetime of their subscription.

If something feels off

For anything urgent about your pet, call your vet immediately. Cinna will never tell you not to call your vet. If something in the app itself breaks, email info.ibexsolutions.llc@gmail.com.
